Club Bali Family Suites @Anyer Beach is located on the west coast of Java, about 90 minutes' drive from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Set amid Hawaiian-inspired tropical gardens, the resort offers an outdoor pool, spa, tennis courts and a restaurant.

Pool is still good maintenance

Studio room is very small. Bath-room is very very tiny. No hot water to bath. Wifi is very poor. No TV inside room. No value for money

My family and I enjoyed the beach but definetely not the hotel's room

location is great especially if you travel with children since they have private beach

The property is old and the room smell like a property which never inhabited. Also lack of fresh airflow in the room since it has no windows.

The facility is good even need more maintenance.

The facility is good even need more maintenance. Kitchen facility full equipment. It's recommended for someone have kids, they can play at pool.

Room cleanliness not so good, still acceptable but need to renovated for the sofa and bathroom. The quality of breakfast is not good.

before I came I called ans asked for breakfast they said will be American breakfast, bu when I came the breakfast only fried rice, scramble egg and Noodle fried, water and tea-coffee.

I like the ambiance and the serenity of the place.

I dont like the service there are mosquitoes in our room and the wifi is so weak. Maybe in the upper floors mosquitoes are not there but in the first floor lots of them

The garden. Beds are ok. Mini waterpark for children.

The room is smelly. Bathroom needs renovation. Aweful breakfast, only 3 choices of a la carte menu. Took forover to serve.

the water park is the best for kids, the view is also great, hotel design is also great, the staff is also great however they need more staff on cleaning, because it took mpre than 30 minutes after check in time to get in. the kitchen is very convenience for cooking, however the gass support system need to e fixed

the properties need to be escalated into newer furniture, and some refurnished should be performed for the wall, bed-room, bath room, etc. such a pity for a great hotel like that to be wasted without more maintenance, and it will be more beneficial for breakfast included package. the aircon seems a bit old so it barely beat the sun outside. the management should notice this

The location and the views are amazing, the area is guarded...

The location and the views are amazing, the area is guarded and the staff always helps you to get from the parking to the busy road by stopping other traffic.

Extremely corrupt staff, tried to cheat us on all the possible prices, except the price of the rooms as it was pre-booked obviously. This is very unprofessional and does not make the hotel attractive to Western travelers. Also, when we arrived our rooms were not ready, we were a bit early, so it is fine, but when we got there, there was no towels and a toilet paper. We were exhausted from the long flight and wanted to shower and use other facilities, but we could not. We had to go and ask 3 times until it was delivered.
